Thank you for shopping with Zengenetics. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in South Korea.
Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Korean public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Order tracking

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within [12] hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.
Lost or damaged packages
